Providing essential assistance for individuals transitioning to independent living, including navigating resources and developing life skills for long-term success.
We offer a range of basic and intensive support services licensed under the 245D Waiver, designed to meet the needs of those receiving DHS funding. Our team is committed to delivering services that prioritize health, safety, and well-being.
Our ICS program provides support and training for adults with disabilities, helping them live independently in community-based settings. We work closely with individuals to help them achieve personal goals and fully engage in their communities.
Our PCA services support individuals with activities of daily living, ensuring they receive the assistance needed to maintain their health, safety, and independence. Our highly trained staff offer compassionate care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
